HEAVY-DUTY GEARS FOR LARGE AND HEAVY APPLICATIONS
As the name suggests, our Heavy-Duty products are large gears for demanding tasks. We turn, tooth, harden and surface treat gears up to 5 m in diameter.
These gears are primarily used in the wind turbine industry, but mining, shipbuilding and cement production also benefit from our expertise in this special area. They are used in MAN marine engines and Vestas and Siemens wind turbines.
Thanks to both conventional and state-of-the-art CNC machinery, we can supply large, top quality cylindrical gears. With our own hardening plant, we are also able to offer some of the best quality and delivery times in Europe.
